Our Message From the Owner

"My wife, Dori Williams, and I are proud Arkansas City natives. We were married in 2007 and are raising our two daughters, Raigan and Jolie, right here in the community we love.

I spent nearly 20 years serving as a Police Officer with the Arkansas City Police Department, followed by 5 years as a conductor with BNSF. Those experiences shaped my commitment to service, hard work, and taking care of people—values we bring into our business every day.

Dori works full-time at Jet AirWerks as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, and she’s also the driving force behind the scenes here at the store, keeping everything running smoothly.

In 2023, we were honored to purchase the store from Traver Herman, continuing a family legacy that started with his parents. Carrying that tradition forward means a lot to us, and we take pride in building on what was started years ago.
